Man Sexually Assaulted Child In Walter's Park — Feet From P'Burg Youth Corps Building: Cops Police are seeking the public's help identifying and locating a man who sexually assaulted a child at a park right next to a youth corps building in Warren County last year. The Hispanic man in his 30s or 40s sexually assaulted the child at Walter's Park in Phillipsburg in September 2023, then told the child not to tell anyone, the Warren County Prosecutor's Office announced. The New Jersey Youth Corps of Phillipsburg's building is located just outside of the park on Meyner Road. The man is believed to have known the child. Police released a composite sketch this week. Paxia, of Eastampton, died on April 15 surrounded by her loving family, according to an obituary published by Knotts Colonial Funeral Home. She was 51 years old.  She owned Lillo's Tomato Pies in Hainesport, which she and her husband, John, founded in 2021, her obit said. Upon her death, she donated at least three organs saving others' lives, one of her three sons said in a Facebook post.  Born and raised in Trenton, Lisa was a resident of Eastampton for the past 20 years.
