An Atlantic County headstone business owner was accused of stealing nearly $40,000 from customers who never received their orders, authorities said. Jiolio "Joe" Cincotti, 71, of Mays Landing, was charged with several counts of theft by deception, the Atlantic County Prosecutor's Office said in a news release. Four men were arrested in a police operation trying to stop child sex crimes in Cape May County, authorities said. Police in Gloucester County are investigating a possible murder-suicide, authorities said. The crash occurred at about 9:50 a.m. on I-295 northbound near Exit 65 (Sloan Avenue) in Hamilton Township, according to the NJDOT and New Jersey State Police. NJ Transit is rolling out a new policy for its one-way tickets. Beginning Monday, July 1, all one-way tickets will expire after 30 days, NJ Transit announced.
