Two Baltimore men are facing multiple charges for possession of child pornography, state police announced Thursday, April 11. Police have issued an alert for a Montgomery County teen they say has been missing for more than a week. Zakur Brown, 16, was last seen near the 300 block of Flannery Lane in Silver Spring on Monday, April 1, the Montgomery County Police Department said April 10.
