Mario Rodolfo Ortega Morocho, 27, of Port Chester, was charged with driving while intoxicated and unlicensed operation when his Mitsubishi Eclipse flipped over after sideswiping a car on North Main Street.

The Fire Department pried Morocho from the upside-down car, police said. He and his passenger, who was thrown from the vehicle, were treated for minor injuries.

The other driver, a 59-year-old woman, was attempting to get around another car that was stopped in the southbound lane seeking directions when she was struck, police said. The woman was not seriously injured but was sent to the hospital as a precaution.
