Port Chester Woman Charged In Cortlandt DWI

PORT CHESTER, N.Y. -- New York State Police arrested a Port Chester woman and charged her with driving while intoxicated on early Sunday morning, police officials said. 

Yessica P. Valdivia was arrested by New York State Police for driving while intoxicated on Sunday, Nov. 3.

Yessica P. Valdivia, 27, was found to be intoxicated  after troopers said they witnessed her failing to maintain its lane of travel, according to State Police.

Valdivia provided a positive breath sample, which yielded a Blood Alcohol Content of .15 percent, officials said. She is ordered to appear in the Town of Cortlandt Justice Court on Monday, Nov. 18, State Police said.
