Man Charged With Violating Order Of Protection In Greenwich

A 48-year-old man was taken into police custody and released on $50,000 bond for allegedly violating an order of protection.

Members of the Greenwich Police Department arrested area resident David Kent Joslin at approximately 7 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 2, for a warrant service. According to police, the warrant found that Joslin had violated a court-set protective order.

Joslin was arrested and charged with one count of violating a standing criminal protective order. 

After he was processed for the charge at Greenwich Police Headquarters, Joslin was released on $50,000 bond and is scheduled to appear in Stamford Superior Court on Monday to respond to the charge.
