Eight Westchester Residents Charged With DWI In State Police Labor Day Weekend Stops

Dozens of area residents were nabbed for driving while intoxicated by state police during the three-day Labor Day weekend.

They include: 

Westchester

  • Adam J. Heyd, 37, of Somers. He was traveling on the Taconic State Parkway in the town of Putnam Valley when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. 
  • Michele A. Ridlon, 47, of Dobbs Ferry. She was traveling on Route 9 in the town of Cortlandt when she was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. 
  • Richard B. Clampitt, 55, of Lewisboro. Aggravated DWI. He was found sleeping in his vehicle on I-684 in the town of Bedford. 
  • Jose N. Rubio, 32, of Mount Kisco. Aggravated Leandra’s Law DWI. He was traveling on Route 202 in the town of Somers when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. An investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol with a child in the vehicle.
  •  Ismael A. Canas, 49, of Croton-On-Hudson. He was traveling on Route 9 in the village of Croton-On-Hudson when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. 
  • Jordan N. Harold, 22, of Somers. She was traveling on Bridge Lane in the town of Somers when she was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. 
  • Ivan Lopez-Munoz, 36, of Yonkers. Aggravated Leandra’s Law DWI, and Endangering the Welfare of a Child. He was traveling on the Taconic State Parkway in the town of Clinton when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. An investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol with a child in the vehicle.
  • Charles R. Barton, 76, of Yorktown. He was traveling on Route 6 in the town of Cortlandt when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. 

Dutchess County

  • Asaad S. Culver, 22, of Poughkeepsie. DWAI drugs, unlicensed operation, possession of marijuana, and a warrant arrest. Culver was traveling on the Taconic State Parkway in the town of Milan when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. 
  •  Rochelle M. Orellana, 44, of Wappinger. She was traveling on Myers Corners Road in the town of Wappinger, when she was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. 
  • Danielle M. Neser, 41, of Pleasant Valley. She was traveling on Noxon Road in the town of LaGrange, when she was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. 
  • Jorge R. Pauta, 30, of Wappinger. He was traveling on Route 9 in the town of Cortlandt when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation.
  • Thomas E. McColl, 18, of Wappinger. DWAI drugs. He was traveling on Route 9G in the town of Hyde Park when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. 
  • Francisco C. Perez, 50, of Dover. He was traveling on State Route 22 in the town of Pawling when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. 
  • Bruce C. Bradford, 59, of Pleasant Valley. He was traveling on Salt Point Turnpike in the town of Pleasant Valley, when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. 
  • Dylan R. Pricket-Murphy, 20, of Pawling. He was traveling on Route 22 in the town of Patterson when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. 

Putnam County

  • Henry L. Anchundia, 34, of Carmel. He was traveling on I-684 in the town of Southeast when he was involved in a motor vehicle collision.
Orange County 
  • Chianti Q. Macias, 28, of Newburgh. She was traveling on Market Street in the city of Poughkeepsie when she was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. 

Fairfield County

  • Vincent A. Nagle, 48, of Ridgefield, for DWI with a prior conviction within 10 years, a class E felony. He was traveling on I-84 in the town of Southeast when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation.
  • Felix Lemus Perez, 28, of Danbury. He was traveling on Danbury Road in the town of Southeast when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. 
  • Jaime A. Sagastume-Villafuerte, 29, of Bethel. Aggravated DWI. He was traveling on I-84 in the town of Patterson when he was involved in a motor vehicle collision.  
  • Daniel R. Golenbock, 35, of Newtown. He was traveling on Route 22 in the town of Southeast when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation.
