Breaking News: Westchester Man Sentenced For Having Hundreds Of Images Of Child Porn

Anthony Pizzarello, 91, Of Port Chester, D-Day Veteran, Owned Grocery Store

PORT CHESTER, N.Y. - Anthony Pizzarello of Port Chester died July 22. He was 91.

Pizzarello was born Feb. 23, 1923, in Port Chester, to Rocco Pizzarello and Angelina Barbera. He graduated from Port Chester High School. He earned a masters degree in education from Iona College. He served in the Army and was a D-day veteran. He was a grocery store owner.

Pizzarello is survived by his children, Anthony Pizzarello and Angela Pizzarello. He was predeceased by his wife, Ann Rosaleen O'Sullivan.

Calling hours are Thursday, July 24 from 4 to 8 p.m. at Joseph Tutera Funeral Home Inc., 121 So. Regent St. Funeral will be held at 10:30 a.m. Friday, July 25 at Corpus Christi Church. Interment is private.
