PORT CHESTER, N.Y. -- Catch a showing of "Almost Maine" featuring many of Port Chester's own or mosey on over to the AJP Senior Center for some fresh produce and homemade goods this weekend in Port Chester.

Friday, April 27

Port Chester Council for the Arts Presents "Almost, Maine": 8 p.m. The PCCFA is sponsoring this two-act romantic comedy that features six cast and crew members from Port Chester including the director Carin Zakes. In addition to Friday's show there will be two shows on Saturday, one at 2 p.m. and one at 8 p.m. Ticket are $15 general admission, $10 for students and free for seniors. Port Chester Senior Center, 222 Grace Church St., Port Chester.

Park Avenue Founder's School Dinner : 6 p.m. Park Avenue School in Port Chester is hosting a Founder's School Dinner on Saturday featuring a pot luck dinner, followed by an awards ceremony when several teachers and parents will be honored with speeches and flowers. Park Avenue School, Park Avenue, Port Chester.

Rye Brook Farmers Market : 10 a.m. Rye Brook's Indoor Farmers Market features over 12 vendors including Gaia’s Breath Farm , Guyank Brand Sweet & Hot Pepper Sauces, Healthway Farms , Hummingbird Ranch and Big Girl Baking. AJP Senior Center, 32 Garibaldi Place, Rye Brook.

Rye Derby : 10 a.m. - 1:30 p.m. The Rye YMCA is hosting its 24th annual Rye Derby, a fundraising event that brings the community together for a day of fun for the whole family.  Proceeds contribute to teen programming, financial aid for families and other important work for the community. Rye YMCA, 21 Locust Ave., Rye.
