PORT CHESTER, N.Y. -- A developer that owns Port Chester properties at 531 and 601 N. Main St. has proposed to construct a retail business in that northern location, which is not currently zoned for retail businesses, according to lohud.com.
The idea would have to meet with the approval of the village Board of Trustees, lohud reported.
The developer has not specified the kind of retail business it would be, the lohud report says.
The developer is Port North Main Street of Queens, according to lohud.com.
