Port Chester Village Candidate Meet and Greet: 7 to 9 p.m. Building Community Bridges and Port Chester-Rye NAACP host this event for voters to meet candidates in an informal setting. Candidates will not make speeches but will circulate through the crowd and interact with voters. Port Chester Senior Center, 222 Grace Church St.

Saturday, March 9

Melvin Seals and the Jerry Garcia Band: 8 p.m. Melvin Seals and the JGB will serve up a mix of rock, jazz, blues and funk, with a little bit of R and B and gospel thrown in. Tickets are $20 to $35 per person. Capitol Theater, 149 Westchester Ave.

Sunday, March 10

Intergenerational Music Class: 11 a.m. Kids from birth to 5 years old and the adults who love them can sing, dance and play instruments together. King Street Home, 787 King St.
