There were heavy delays on the Port Chester/Greenwich border Friday morning as a result of an accident that initially blocked the left lane on the northbound Merritt Parkway.

The crash, reported around 9 a.m., was between King Street (Exit 27) and Lake Avenue (Exit 29) in Greenwich.
