Flooding is slowing down motorists on a stretch of I-87 near the new Tappan Zee Bridge while a section of the Bronx River Parkway is closed due to flooding late Sunday afternoon.

Motorists are being advised to exercise caution due to flooding on the northbound New York Thruway between Route 9 (Exit 9) and the new TZB.

The Bronx River Parkway is closed on the southbound side between Route 22 and the Sprain Brook Parkway.

Separate crashes initially resulted in lanes being blocked on both I-287 and I-95 in Westchester.

The I-287 crash blocked the center lane on the eastbound side between I-684 and the Hutchinson River Parkway.

The I-95 crash took out the left lane on the southbound side near the Port Chester/Greenwich border with stop-and-go delays back to Arch Street (Exit 3) in Greenwich.
