PORT CHESTER, N.Y. -- Balloons decorated the outside of Port Chester High School Monday and each of the team members got a flower as the school welcomed home the fourth place varsity cheerleader champions, said News 12 Westchester.
The Port Chester High School Cheerleaders are fourth place champions.
