Westchester D.A.: No Criminal Charges For Rye Teachers

RYE, N.Y. -- The Westchester County District Attorney will not press criminal charges against four Rye elementary school teachers who the district accused of coaching students during state assessment tests in April, according to LoHud.com.

A district attorney spokesperson said that the case would be referred back to the school board, which has yet to press any disciplinary charges. The four teachers have been placed on administrative reassignment, according to LoHud.com.
