PORT CHESTER, N.Y. -- All Port Chester schools will dismiss at 11:30 a.m. Tuesday due to the weather.
All after school activities have also been canceled. The "Dreams Can Happen" celebration scheduled for Tuesday night has been postponed until Thursday at 7 p.m.
