Port Chester High School Hosts Thanksgiving Food Drive

PORT CHESTER, N.Y. -- Port Chester High School Anthony Foust members are getting together to help the local community with the Thanksgiving Food Drive and Stuff The Bus.

Anthony Foust members will fill Thanksgiving food baskets for 35 to 50 Port Chester families during the Thanksgiving Food Drive on Wednesday, Nov. 27 at Port Chester High School. Residents are asked to bring in donations to the high school through Tuesday, Nov. 26. 

Residents are asked to bring in canned vegetables, cranberry sauce, boxed/bagged stuffing, juices and instant mashed potatoes. Turkey donations will be accepted on Nov. 26. 

Anthony Foust Mentoring Group students are also hoping to fill a bus with new pajamas and children's books during the Thanksgiving Turkey Trot. Residents are asked to bring donations to Port Chester High School on Nov. 26. The County Coach Bus Co. will deliver the items to homeless shelters throughout Westchester County.
