RYE BROOK, N.Y. -- The Blind Brook School District is opening its doors to students from out of district to attend on a tuition basis through its new Pinnacle partnership program.
“Blind Brook is one of the highest-achieving school districts in New York State, yet it is also one of the best-kept secrets,” said Superintendent William Stark. “The Pinnacle partnership is a chance for us to share our programs of excellence with families in neighboring communities. We invite them to consider this as an affordable option to receive a superior education in a small school setting.”
New York State sets annual tuition rates at $19,569 for K-6 students and $21,500 for 7-12 students. The three schools that comprise Blind Brook are Bruno M. Ponterio Ridge Street Elementary School, Blind Brook Middle School and Blind Brook High School. The middle school and high school share a campus. The school district is currently comprised of about 1,500 students, with class sizes of about 20-24 students. The district says that the school facilities have the capacity to accept more students.
