Gail Fattizzi, Executive Director of Westchester Real Estate, Inc., made the announcement. The Floyd Wickman training program continues to be one of the most esteemed and continually proven programs in the industry.
The S.M.A.R.T. program focuses on presentation, negotiation and selling skills, creating a permanent referral base with long-term residual value, time management skills, and the principals of providing exceptional service. Graduates must complete an intensive 42-day training program and demonstrate mastery of the essential program skills.
Graduates of the S.M.A.R.T. Program class of 2015 are: Thalia Cody, Mary Leonard, Carol Conway, Amy Dmytryshyn, Peter Gill, Casey Connor, Christina DiMinno, Tracey Murray and Margaret Sevin from Bronxville Real Estate in Bronxville; Umber Qureshi, Anthony Ruperto, Peaches Drummond, Linda Polay, Mary Kingsley, Brittany Alvarez, Marcia Gordon and Lorei Velazco of J. Philip Real Estate in Briarcliff Manor, Pelham and Mahopac; Patricia Stam, Naisha Verni and Madeline Falco of Mancini Realty in Somers; Alexandra Minner, Alberto Hernandez and Kumiko Buller of Peter J. Riolo Real Estate in Hastings-on-Hudson; and Sandra Waibel, Ron Stabiner and Kelcey Otten of the group’s New York City affiliate office. .
“These 25 graduates generated 96 transaction sides in just 42 days, along with over 350 referral leads, and almost $2 million average dollar volume per agent,'' Fattizzi said. "I would say those are some very impressive numbers, particularly considering that some of the participants are truly brand new to the business. We are extremely proud of all of them for their dedication and commitment to improving their skills and service level, and putting in a true team effort to help each other achieve new levels of success."
Of the 25 graduates, 16 qualified for induction into the Master Sales Society. S.M.A.R.T. Program attendees who get six or more listings during the 42-day program also earn the “On Track Award.; Brittany Alvarez of J. Philip Real Estate in Mahopac was bestowed that honor upon graduation.
