Typically leases are for two years at the 100-unit, five-story brick building at 21 Willet Ave. on the Byram River waterfront. Because of the storm, the Mariner is offering short-term leases starting at three months for anyone displaced by last week’s storm.

There is a storage facility next door to building’s property making it more convenient for anyone with homes being repaired to store more belongings.

The building has 40 one-bedroom apartments that range from $1,995 to $2,550 per month. It has 12 one-bedroom apartments priced between $2,450 to $2,800 a month. The 44 two-bedroom apartments range from $2,600 to $3,850 a month. The four three-bedroom apartments are priced at $3,550 to $3,850 per month.

All apartments feature large windows and 9-foot ceilings, white oak floors, walk-in closets and washers/dryers. Bedrooms have either wall-to-wall carpeting or hardwood floors, and some units include terraces or Juliet balconies. Two-bedroom apartments include two bathrooms, including a master bath.

The kitchen and living rooms are configured in an open living arrangement and include quartz countertops, stainless steel Whirlpool gas ranges/ovens, microwaves, refrigerators/freezers and dishwashers.
