One Killed After Speeding Car Crosses Center Line Causing Head-On Crash: Baltimore Police

Baltimore County Police have identified the driver killed in a head-on crash last month on Philadelphia Road.

Noel Ong, 48, was reportedly killed after a 2019 Nissan Altima driving at a high rate of speed crossed into his lane and his vehicle on Tuesday, Feb. 21, county police said. 

The crash occurred in the 11900 block of Philadelphia Road around 10:30 p.m. on Feb. 21.

Police rushed to the scene where they pronounced Ong dead at the scene due to injuries sustained by the impact of the crash.

The condition or identity of the driver of the Nissan has not yet been released.
