NEW CANAAN, Conn. – New Canaan High's Class L state playoff football game against Avon has been postponed to Wednesday due to the snow.
The postponed game will be played at Simsbury High School at 6:30 p.m. State semifinal games that were scheduled for Saturday have been moved to Sunday to maintain the scheduled three days of rest between games.
Sixth-seeded New Canaan is trying to reach the state finals for the seventh year in a row.
