MAMARONECK, N.Y. -- State Sen. George Latimer (D-Rye), State Assemblyman Steve Otis (D-Rye) and Westchester County Legislator Catherine Parker (D-Rye) will visit the Nautilus Diner in Mamaroneck for "coffee and conversation" with local constituents on Saturday, Dec. 13.
