PORT CHESTER, N.Y. -- A Port Chester teen was caught Sunday with a fake driver's license after the vehicle he was riding in was stopped by Town of Lloyd Police in Ulster County.

Rafael Reyes, 19, was charged after the driver of the car was arrested for having a suspended license. Officers then asked to see Reyes license and he showed them a Connecticut driver's license that was forged, said Lt. James Janso.
