Rafael Reyes, 19, was charged after the driver of the car was arrested for having a suspended license. Officers then asked to see Reyes license and he showed them a Connecticut driver's license that was forged, said Lt. James Janso.
He was charged with criminal possession of a forged instrument and released on an appearance ticket. He is scheduled to appear in court on Aug. 17.
