Port Chester Police Investigate Shots Fired

PORT CHESTER, N.Y. - Port Chester Police received a phone call at 7 p.m. on Thursday evening reporting gun shots fired near Weber Drive and Grace Church Street in Port Chester.

Witnesses told police that they heard what sounded like gun shots and when police canvassed the area they found four 9 mm casings on the pavement in the parking lot of the apartments at 180 Grace Church St. Lt. James Ladeairous said no one was injured and that police are still investigating.

Unlicensed Operation: Police arrested Lucky Spa massage therapist Shoufeng Zhang, 51, of Queens, on a charge of operating without a license after two detectives following up on reports of possible prostitution went undercover to the Willard Avenue spa.

Fraud Attempt: Police received a report from an 89-year-old Port Chester man that an unknown caller had repeatedly attempted to defraud him multiple times last week. The complainant said that the caller told him he had won $2 million and if he didn't claim it he would be subject to arrest by Port Chester Police and the FBI.
