Officers investigated and found one man at the address. The 40-year-old reportedly told police the man was the one who robbed him. Darel Franklin, 26, of 45 Travis Ave. was arrested on the felony charge and is due back Thursday in Port Chester Village Court.

While the 40-year-old man was being interviewed by police, his face swelled more, according to Lt. Jim Ladeairous, a spokesman for the department. The man was taken by EMS to Greenwich Hospital.
