YORKTOWN HEIGHTS, N.Y. – Authorities arrested a Port Chester man on Sunday after he was accused of harassing a Yorktown Heights woman in violation of an order of protection, according to a press release from the Yorktown Police Department.
Eric R. Tutino, 34, was charged with misdemeanor second-degree criminal contempt, police said.
The arrest stemmed from a complaint that police say they received from the woman about 2:20 p.m.
Tutino was later released on $100 bail, according to police.
