Port Chester Man Charged With DWI On I-684

PORT CHESTER, N.Y. -- Damien N. Gunning, a 43-year-old Port Chester resident, was charged on Wednesday with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor .

Police said troopers stopped Gunning on Interstate 684 for speeding.

A breath test yielded a blood alcohol content of 0.12 percent and was issued traffic tickets ordering him to appear in Bedford Town Court on Thursday, April 23.
