The dispatcher told police he had been trying to reach Victor Loayza of 50 S. Main St., Port Chester, over the radio when the driver showed up at the office and began punching him in the face, police said.
The dispatcher said Loayza insulted him over the radio, and the dispatcher told him to go home, police said. The dispatcher was transported to Greenwich Hospital for treatment of his injuries, police said. Loayza was arrested on a charge of third-degree attempted assault, police said.
