Police Investigating Parkway Road Egg-Throwing Incident In Bronxville

WESTCHESTER COUNTY, N.Y. - Police are investigating a criminal mischief incident that saw an unknown number of suspects allegedly throwing eggs toward a busy pedestrian area on Parkway Road.

Members with the MTA Police reported that unknown suspects threw eggs from the area of an apartment complex at 125 Parkway Road on Tuesday, June 13.

No injuries were reported, and the Bronxville Police Department is actively investigating the incident. Anyone with information can contact investigators anonymously at police headquarters by calling (914) 337-0500.

Other items on the Bronxville Police Department blotter from Monday, June 12 through Tuesday, June 20 include: 

  • On June 13, a Northway resident reported to police that her truck had been entered overnight and Coach sunglasses with a value exceeding $300 were stolen. Police said there was no sign of forced entry and are investigating.
  • Police are currently investigating a suspicious package that was delivered to a Prescott Avenue resident in error that she had not ordered. Additional information into the investigation was not immediately available.
