Starting at 7 p.m., "Taste of the Towns -- Sip, Savor, Support,'' will recognize area emergency medical units including Greenwich EMS.
The dinner, which doubles as a fundraiser, will take place at the Stanwich Club, 888 North St. in Greenwich.
Greenwich Hospital's original culinary event, formerly known as Great Chefs, is returning to Greenwich with a brand new twist.
Organizers said fundraiser is "the designed to tantalize the taste buds and showcase the best of the best in local food and beverages."
"A casual evening of sumptuous cuisines, fine wines, regional brews and dancing brings a fresh new vibe to this long-time favorite event," organizers said.
Proceeds benefit residents of Fairfield and Westchester counties who rely on outreach health services provided by Community Health at Greenwich Hospital.
Geri Corrigan is chairing this event. For more details, call the Greenwich Hospital Foundation at (203) 863-3865 or email events@greenwichhospital.org.
