Group of Teens Attack Two Men In Port Chester

PORT CHESTER, N.Y. - Port Chester Police are looking for 12 to 15 teens who attacked two men in a Westchester Avenue gas station parking lot on Tuesday.

The men, one 36, the other 43, told police they were drinking beer in the corner parking lot near Valero Gas Station, at 37 Westchester Ave., around 3:41 a.m., when a male around 16 years old asked them for a cigarette, according to police. They told the teen they didn't smoke and the group of male and female teenagers descended on them and began to strike them with closed fists, police said.

When police were called to the scene by a gas station attendant, the suspects fled. Lt. James Ladeairous said police will review the station's security cameras.
