Burglary Suspect Gets $20K In Settlement With Port Chester Police

PORT CHESTER, N.Y. --  Carlos Velsaquez, a burglary suspect, was awarded $20,000 from a lawsuit after a Port Chester police was accused of punching him, according to a report by LoHud.com.

The case was settled earlier this year while the police department was under investigation over missing drugs and money and Police Chief Joseph Krzeminski was arrested on witness tampering and trepassing, according to the report.
