Thomas LaSorsa Sr., 67, Of Port Chester

PORT CHESTER, N.Y. -- Thomas LaSorsa Sr. of Port Chester died Saturday, April 16, at age 67. 

He was born Oct. 14, 1948, in Bari, Italy, to Vincenzo and Rosa LaSorsa. He served in the U.S. Army and went on to work as a chef at many locations. He worked for many years at the Cedarbrook Club in Pennsylvania. He was an avid fan of the Philadelphia Eagles and Flyers.  

He is survived by his wife Jean Marie (Farina); his sons, Brian LaSorsa (Cassie), David LaSorsa (Devin) and Thomas J. LaSorsa Jr (Brenda); his stepson, Christopher Farina; his grandchildren, Christopher, Anthony, Brooklynn and Zoe; his great-granddaughter, Abigal. He was also the brother of Nicholas (Emma), John (Josephine) and Joseph (Angela) LaSorsa, Anna (Nick) Cuce and the late Louis LaSorsa. 

Family and friends will gather Tuesday, April 19, from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. at Coxe and Graziano Funeral Home, 767 E. Boston Post Road, Mamaroneck. 

A funeral service will be held Wednesday, April 20, at 10 a.m. at the funeral home followed by entombment at Ferncliff Cemetery.
