PLANTATION, Fla. - Peter A. Ianniello, a resident of Plantation, Fla., and formerly of Port Chester, N.Y., died Aug. 3. He was 98.
Ianniello was born Feb. 21, 1915, in Hasbrouck Heights, N.J., to Joseph and Viola DiRisi Ianniello. He was raised and educated in New Jersey and little Italy New York City. He was the retired owner and operator of a rigging and hauling company that specialized in graphic arts.
Ianniello is survived by his daughters, Viola Esposito (Rich) of Port Chester, N.Y., and Fran Bannon (Tom) of Fort Worth, Texas; son Peter Ianniello (Ann) of Pennsylvania; companion, Jean Pezza of Plantation, Fla.; seven grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by parents; his wife, Amalia Floria Ianniello; son, Joseph Ianniello; brothers, Oscar, Frank and John Ianniello; and sister, Micheline Ianniello.
Calling hours are from 4 to 8 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 8 at Craft Memorial Home, Inc. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 1 p.m. Friday, Aug. 9 at Corpus Christi Church 136 South Regent St., Port Chester. Interment is private.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be to the American Diabetes Association .
