PORT CHESTER, N.Y. -- Millie Vaccaro,106, of Port Chester, died Sunday June 21, 2015.
She was born April 23, 1909, in Port Chester, to the late Frank and Domenica Marie (nee Sabia) Matturro.
She was the loving wife of the late Ralph Vaccaro and predeceased by her son Angelo (Maria Elena).
She is survived by her son Frank (Elaine); five grandchildren Doreen (Mike) Hudson, Ralph (Holly), Cheryl (Anibal) Aguilar, Elena (Steve) Engongero and George (Michelle); Six great-grandchildren and three step great-grandchildren, as well as many nieces and nephews.
She loved to bake holiday cookies and had a very strong faith and belief in God.
Visitation will be from 5-8 p.m. Friday at Gunipero-Farenga Funeral Home, 353 Westchester Ave, Port Chester.
A funeral Mass is scheduled for 9 a.m. Saturday in Our Lady of the Rosary Church, 22 Don Bosco Place, Port Chester. Interment to follow in St. Marys Cemetery in Rye Brook.
