Born March 15, 1926, she was a daughter of the late Donato and Alfonsina Capocci Buzzeo.
Passero was a homemaker and a parishioner of Corpus Christi Church.
Survivors include four daughters, Mary (William) Perillo of Stamford, Hope (Steven) Vespia of Rye Brook, Faith (Tom) Battista of Rye, and Cindy Passero of Port Chester; one sister, Barbara LaRussell of Southbury, Conn.; one sister-in-law, Florence "Tootsie" Federico of Port Chester; five grandchildren; and one great-granddaughter.
She was predeceased by her husband, Sam Passero.
Calling hours will be 4-8 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 4, at Craft Memorial Home, 40 Leicester St., Port Chester.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:30 a.m., Thursday, Feb. 5, at Corpus Christi Church, 138 S. Regent St., Port Chester.
Interment will follow at the Greenwood Union Cemetery, Rye.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Port Chester Rye Brook Volunteer Ambulance Corps, 417 Ellendale Ave., Port Chester, NY 10573.
