Mary A. Mauder, 90, Port Chester Resident

PORT CHESTER, N.Y. — Port Chester resident Mary A. Mauder died on Monday, May 2. She was 90. 

Mauder worked as the general manager of the Mount Vernon Indoor Tennis Center and subsequently Racquet Ball Fifth Avenue in New York City.

She also was active at the New York Athletic Club on Travers Island, where she played tennis and volunteered with the youth swimming and tennis teams. 

Mauder is survived by her son Michael Noble, her daughter Jacqueline Mauder Jenkins and her husband, James and her son John Gates Mauder.

She also is survived by grandchildren Christopher Noble, Luke Jenkins, Nola Jenkins, and Verity Mauder.

Mauder was predeceased by her husband, Jack G. Mauder.

Visiting hours will be on Friday, May 6, from 5-8 p.m. at Graham Funeral Home, 1036 Boston Post Road, in Rye.

In lieu of flowers, a donation may be made to Pet Rescue.

Interment will be private.
