PORT CHESTER, N.Y. -- Joseph Ribuffo, 79, of Port Chester, died Sept. 16.
He was born July 18, 1936, in Scilla, Reggio Calabria, Italy, to the late Anthony and Giovanna Pirrotta Ribuffo.
He was a parishioner of the Corpus Christi Church.
Ribuffo is survived by his nieces Anna Zanella, JoAnn Cambareri of Armonk; nephews Anthony Cambareri and Rocco Cambareri and wife Bertha, Domenick Vita and wife Patricia of Tarrytown, Anthony Vita and Joseph Vita and wife Carla of Princeton, Minn.; great-nieces and nephews Stephanie Cambareri, Lauren and Lindsey Vita, Jack and Katelyn Vita and Angelo and Renzo Vita.
Beside his parents, he was predeceased by his sisters Grace Cambareri and Teresa Vita; nephews John Cambareri and John Vita; and niece Maria Vita Corrado.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be conducted at 10 a.m. Saturday at Corpus Christi Church, 136 South Regent St.
Entombment will follow at St. Mary's Cemetery in Rye Brook.
