PORT CHESTER, N.Y. - John J. Nethercott, a resident of Port Chester, died Aug. 31. He was 50.
Nethercott was born May 1, 1964, in Port Chester. He graduated from Port Chester High School. He was a truck driver for local carting companies. He was a teamster for 30 years.
Nethercott is survived by his mother, Ann Marie Ciancuillo Stumpf (Richard) of Port Chester; father, John Nethercott (Elaine) of Port Chester; daughter, Gabrielle LoBue of Yonkers; brother, Gary Shapiro of Sherman Oaks, Calif.; and sister, Cathy Santarsiero of Toms River, N.J.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 1 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 4 at Corpus Christi Church, 136 South Regent St., Port Chester. There will be no calling hours and interment is private.
