Josephson was a successful investment counselor for more than 25 years and worked with a number of financial institutions in the Rye and Syracuse areas. He most recently was a financial advisor with Wells Fargo Advisors.

Regardless of his affiliation, his focus was always on the financial well-being of his clients. He had a unique ability to build enduring personal relationships and his extensive network of friends and family mourn his passing.

An avid golfer and a fixture on the Manlius sports scene where he was an active supporter of the athletic activities of his three children, Josephson also enjoyed story-telling and used that ability to establish relationships that fueled his professional and personal lives. His gregarious personality left an indelible impression on everyone that was lucky enough to call him a friend.
