Helen Baker, 85, Lifelong Resident of Port Chester

PORT CHESTER, N.Y. -- Helen Baker, a lifelong Port Chester resident, died Wednesday, Dec. 16. She was 85.

Baker was born Nov. 21, 1930, and was raised and educated in Port Chester. 

Baker was an administrative assistant for General Foods in White Plains for over 35 years and was a member of Our Lady of Mercy Church.

Baker was predeceased by her parents, George and Mary Dennler Baker.

Baker is survived by a nephew, Michael Baker of New Hampshire; and a cousin Eileen McDowell, of Greenwich, Conn.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Pets Alive.

Interment was at St. Mary's Cemetery in Rye Brook.
