Gloria Iasillo, 82, Of Port Chester, Worked For EJ Korvettes

PORT CHESTER, N.Y. - Gloria Iasillo, a resident of Port Chester died May 22. She was 82.

Iasillo was born Aug. 3, 1930, in Stamford, to Ralph and Ruth Biddle Sementini. She graduated from Stamford High School in 1949. She worked in sales at EJ Korvettes in Port Chester. She was a parishioner of the Corpus Christi Church and was a member of the Mary Help of Christians Sodality.

Iasillo is survived by her son, Peter Iasillo, Jr. of Port Chester; daughters, Katherine DiMattio (Pat) of Stamford, and Judy Iasillo of Port Chester; sister, Jeanne Compton (Forrest) of N.Y.; sister-in-law, Lucille Iasillo of Port Chester; and three grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband,  Peter Iasillo, former mayor of Port Chester.

Calling hours are from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. Saturday, May 25, 2013 at Craft Memorial Home, Inc. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:15 a.m. at the Corpus Christi Church, 136 South Regent St., Port Chester. Entombment to follow at Saint Mary's Cemetery Rye Brook.
