PORT CHESTER, N.Y. - Dino V. Mannetti, a lifelong resident of Port Chester died April 7. He was 82.
Mannetti was born Jan. 26, 1931, in Guardia, Lambardia, Italy, to Felix and Amelia Cipriano Mannetti. He was raised and educated in Port Chester and graduated from Fordham University with a degree in history. He served in the United States Army.
Mannetti was a chauffeur for the Savin Corporation. He was a parishioner of the Corpus Christi Church.
Mannetti is survived by his brothers, Mario Mannetti of Ledyard, Conn., and Armand Mannetti of Southport, Conn.; numerous nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his parents; brother, Frank Mannetti; and sisters, Lena Mannetti, Gabriella Salerno and Connie Cipriano.
Calling hours will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, April 9 at Craft Memorial Home, Inc. 40 Leicester St. Port Chester. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 9:30 a.m. Wednesday April 10 at Corpus Christi Church 136 South Regent St. Port Chester. Interment to follow at Saint Mary's Cemetery Rye Brook.
