Anthony Dusenbury Sr., 71, Port Chester Resident

PORT CHESTER, N.Y. – Anthony Dusenbury, Sr., a lifelong resident of Port Chester, died Monday, Feb. 29. He was 71.

He was a son of the late Arthur and Marie Dusenbury.

He was a retired milkman who was previously employed by Smith's Dairy and Dellwood Dairy. He served in the U.S. Army. He was involved with the Boy Scouts and was an active member of Port Chester Fire Department Fire Patrol and Rescue Company 1.

He is survived by his son, Anthony Dusenbury, Jr. of Port Chester; two daughters, Jennifer A. Scheedel and her husband, Chris, of Mahopac, and Lisa Emma Santarsiero and her husband, John, of Port Chester; and three grandchildren.

He was predeceased by his wife, Margaret Sposta Dusenbury and his brother, Arthur Dusenbury, III.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated  on Thursday, March 3, at 10 a.m. at Corpus Christi Church, 136 South Regent St., Port Chester. Interment willfollow at St. Mary's Cemetery Rye Brook.
