PORT CHESTER, N.Y. – Anna Tartaglia Fiore, 94, died Tuesday, Jan. 27, in Port Chester.
She was born Dec. 2, 1920, in New York City to the late Antonio and Michelina (Amendola) Tartaglia, and raised and educated in Port Chester. Mrs. Fiore was the widow of Frank Fiore, who died in 1991. Mrs. Fiore was also predeceased by five brothers and two sister. She was a parishioner of Corpus Christi Church and a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.
Mrs. Fiore is survived by her children, Frank Fiore and his wife, Barbara, of Tivoli, N.Y., Andra Mollica and her husband, Frank, of Brookfield, Conn., and Michele Grosse and her husband, Ronald, of Port Chester; grandchildren Melanie, Michael and Anthony Fiore, Frank and David Mollica, McKinley and Erin Grosse; great-grandchildren, Ryan, Matthew, Grace and Bodie Mollica and Analee Aviles.
Visitation will be 5-9 p.m. Friday Jan. 30, at Craft Memorial Home Inc. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:30 a.m. Saturday Jan. 31, at Corpus Christi Church, 136 S. Regent St., Port Chester. Interment will follow at Greenwood Union Cemetery in Rye. Memorial donations may be made to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital in Memphis, Tenn.
