Anne Hoey Damiano, 70, Formerly Of Port Chester, Psychiatric Nurse

BALTIMORE, Md. - Anne Hoey Damiano of Baltimore, a former resident of Port Chester, N.Y., died Oct. 14. She was 70.

Damiano was born June 9, 1944, in Port Chester, to Lawrence Joseph Hoey and Mary Foudy Hoey. She moved to Baltimore in the late 1970s. She was a graduate of St. Vincent's Hospital School of Nursing in New York City, where she received her degree as a registered nurse. She also received her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing Science from Russell Sage College in Schenectady, N.Y.

While living in the New York Metropolitan area, she practiced private duty nursing at the Columbia Presbyterian Hospital in New York City. She also practiced psychiatric nursing at the United Hospital in Port Chester and was employed by Westchester County as a public health nurse.

A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated at St. Joseph's Chapel, Sacramento, Calif., followed by inurnment at St. Mary's Mausoleum, Sacramento, Calif.
