Port Chester Village Hall will be closed Thursday and Friday.
Rye Brook Village Hall will be closed Thursday and Friday.
The Port Chester-Rye Brook Public Library will be closed.
The Port Chester Senior Community Center is closed Thursday, Friday and Saturday.
Panda Restaurant will be open.
Neri's Bakery will be open from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m.
