WESTCHESTER COUNTY, N.Y. -- Motorists should be on the lookout for rapidly changing visibilities Tuesday morning as areas of fog have developed across the region, according to the National Weather Service.
There are patches with visibilities down to one-quarter of a mile, the weather service said, adding that drivers should use low-beam headlights and reduce speed.
The fog should dissipate by late morning.
