Tracy Morgan Recalls Crash That Killed Peekskill's McNair

PEEKSKILL, N.Y. -- Comedian Tracy Morgan spoke for the first time about the accident that left him in critical condition and killed his friend, Peekskill native Jimmy McNair in an interview on NBC's Today Show on Monday.

Morgan's interview with Matt Lauer came just days after settling a lawsuit with WalMart, who employed the driver who slammed into Morgan's vehicle, Today.com reported.

"The case is settled, but the pain is always going to be there for Jimmy Mac," Morgan told Lauer on the Today Show.

"Bones heal, but the loss of my friend will never heal."
